For new machines operating for 150 hours, it is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil for the first time; thereafter, replace the hydraulic oil every 1,000–1,500 hours.
- Check the oil level daily for any oil leaks, and clean the oil tank's suction filter.
- It is prohibited to compress materials exceeding the specified tonnage limit; do not feed materials with a hardness exceeding the equipment's allowable limits.
- Regularly tighten wiring terminals and oil line connections; regularly inspect limit switches and safety doors.
- In low-temperature regions, select low-temperature anti-wear hydraulic oil for winter use; if necessary, activate oil heating.
